All system specifications, drawings, performance data, cost projections, energy-saving calculations, and deployment timelines presented on this website are provided for general reference and estimation purposes only.

Actual performance, cost savings, and infrastructure requirements depend on:

  • Site conditions

  • Occupancy levels

  • Energy load profile

  • Environmental factors

  • Regulatory requirements

  • Project-specific engineering assessment

Final system configuration, performance expectations, and pricing are subject to formal quotation, engineering validation, and contractual agreement.

Nothing on this website constitutes a guaranteed performance commitment unless explicitly stated in a signed project agreement.

SECTION 4 – TECHNICAL AND COST ESTIMATION BASIS

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Government approvals

  • Force majeure events

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk transfers upon handover to the designated carrier or logistics provider.

Installation services, if provided, are subject to separate agreement.
